This new copper-aluminum transition clamp is formed from T2 copper rods through cold extrusion and forging, effectively enhancing the material's density and structural strength. This significantly improves structural strength and prevents breakage during use in high-voltage line equipment. The clamp utilizes V-grooves machined into the inner wall of the copper bushing and is formed through high-pressure die-casting and aluminum-melting welding. This eliminates air cavities between the clamp and the conductor, significantly increasing the copper-aluminum contact area. This effectively reduces connection resistance and improves electrical conductivity. The clamp's significantly enhanced electrical conductivity and connection performance ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of high-voltage lines.

The integrated copper-aluminum transition wiring terminal is integrally formed by cold extrusion and forging of the T2 red copper rod, so that the compactness and the structural strength of the material are effectively enhanced, and the problem that the copper-aluminum transition wiring terminal is broken in the use process of high-voltage line equipment can be avoided on the premise that the structural strength is greatly improved. By adopting the process of processing the V-shaped groove on the inner wall of the copper lining sleeve and the integrated forming technology of high-pressure die-casting, aluminum melting and welding, the contact surface of the wire clamp and the wire has no gas cavity, the contact area of copper and aluminum is greatly improved, the connection resistance can be effectively reduced, the conductivity is improved, and the conductivity and connection performance of the wire clamp are greatly improved, so that the long-term safe and stable operation of the high-voltage line is effectively guaranteed.
