New Copper-Aluminum Transition Clamp LYDZ-240(10KV)

LYDZ-240(10KV)
The product is suitable for the conductor range: 50-1000 mm².
This new copper-aluminum transition wire clamp is formed by cold extrusion forging of T2 copper rods, which effectively enhances the density and structural strength of the material. Under the premise of greatly improving the structural strength, it can avoid the problem of copper-aluminum transition wire clamp breaking during the use of high-voltage line equipment. The copper bushing inner wall is processed with V-groove technology, and the high-pressure die-casting aluminum welding integrated molding technology is used. There is no gas cavity on the contact surface between the wire clamp and the wire, and the copper-aluminum contact area is greatly increased, which can effectively reduce the connection resistance and improve the conductivity. The conductivity and connection performance of the wire clamp are greatly improved, thereby effectively ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the high-voltage line.
